With an ergonomic design and made of neoprene or nylon, for a PERFECT FIT to the indicated area ensuring maximum comfort and the best therapeutic effect, the new Gel Packs incorporate a reusable gel raft suitable for microwave and freezer to perform both COLD and HEAT therapies.

- Materials: neoprene; gel pouch (65% water + 30% glycerol + 3% carboxymethylcellulose + 1% preservatives)

- Recommendations:

• Cold: place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours, place it inside the cover avoiding direct contact with the skin, and limit its application to 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat its use every 2 hours if necessary
• Hot: place the gel pack in a container with hot water (between 60º and 80º) for 6 to 10 minutes. It can also be heated in the microwave for 30 seconds at a maximum power of 700W. Dry it with a towel, place it inside the cover avoiding direct contact with the skin and limit its application to between 15 and 20 minutes. Repeat its use every 2 hours if necessary.
